Service and eligibility
Samurai provides authenticated access to residential and other available proxy-network products. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials and must protect proxy keys from unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Samurai to violate law, compromise systems, evade access controls, distribute malware, send spam, harass people, infringe rights, exploit minors, or access data without authorization. Follow target-site terms and applicable privacy rules. We may pause or terminate traffic that creates abuse, security, provider, or legal risk.
Plans, usage, and payments
Plan details shown at checkout govern price, quota, duration, and product access. Metered plans stop routing when their allocation is exhausted. Time-limited plans stop at expiration. Cryptocurrency checkout is handled by OxaPay. Network availability and targeting vary by product and region.
Trials and promotional codes
Trials are limited offers, have no cash value, and may be capped by account, device, network, inventory, or campaign limits. Creating multiple identities or manipulating technical signals to obtain additional trial traffic is prohibited. We may withdraw unused promotional inventory or cancel abusive redemptions.
Availability and responsibility
We work to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee that every destination, location, IP, or third-party service will always be available. You remain responsible for your workload, compliance, backups, and downstream results. Contact Telegram support for account or billing questions.
