Information we collect
We collect information you submit, including your name, email address, support messages, and marketing signup details. When you use the service, we process authentication records, subscription and payment status, proxy allocation identifiers, bandwidth totals, connection destination metadata, timestamps, IP addresses, and security signals needed to operate and protect the network. We do not receive cryptocurrency wallet private keys from OxaPay.
How we use information
We use this information to create accounts, verify identity, deliver proxy access, measure usage, process purchases, prevent promo abuse, provide support, improve conversion and reliability, and meet legal or security obligations. Marketing email submissions are used for Samurai product news and offers. You may ask us to remove a marketing subscription.
Processors and disclosures
Service data may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, payment, email, analytics, and upstream proxy providers strictly as needed to provide the service. Current integrations include Neon authentication and database services, OxaPay checkout, configured email delivery providers, Vercel Analytics, and upstream proxy-network providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as needed to operate accounts, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable obligations. Access controls, encrypted secrets, signed webhooks, and scoped database queries protect production data. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or marketing opt-out where applicable. Some billing, fraud-prevention, and security records may need to be retained. Contact Samurai through Telegram support.
